O-Studio is a wellness centre that offers a variety of services including ice-bath and sauna combos, yoga, pilates, floats and popular wellness spaces.

O-Studio opened its first location in Christchurch and over the last couple of years has focused on franchise growth, now with 10 wellbeing spaces in the process of opening across New Zealand.
